I would be very careful with any site that Kim Ballard Owns. I just have my account at Penguin Party Cash canceled for being inactive for 60 days.As well as a few other members. This is untrue as I was just there within the last 30 days to do the PTC ads. One other thing Kim did was only pay $2.00 to each member that had pending cashouts at both HoneyBee Points and Penguin Party Cash with a "promise" to be back on track next month and pay full cash outs then.
